Through rebranding the organization on a global scale, I identified the need to tell our brand's story. The company has been a mainstay in the industry for some time, garnering the reputation as dependable, yet "old". I wanted to showcase that our company is still here, but is capable of growing with the demands of the needs for today. We expanded into the Cloud space, which is highlighted throughout the video, while continuously focusing on the human connection to how our products help the IT Pro. I concepted, script edited and directed the overall video, creating this in-house with my insanely talented teams on a shoestring budget of $5,000. Original score created and produced by our brilliant video manager.

SolarWinds had a variety of styles collected from a range of acquisitions and multiple owners. All assets throughout the global organization needed an audit and refreshed design. The website and emails required mobile-optimization. Consistency was needed across all parts of the organization.

ROLES

• Lead partnerships across the executive staff in more than 40 global business groups to create the overall global brand, design, video and events strategy for on-premises, cloud and MSP businesses.  

• Redesigned all corporate, product, portal and careers sites. Increased global creative group by 15%, leading the development of a team of 23 comprised of visual designers, UX designers, video producers, programming, copywriters, brand and events specialists.
